I need some help with a unit area. What do I do?
There are several sources for assistance:
- The documentation that were given to you when you went on the unit area training (you did go to all of it didn't you)
- This documentation area. There are updated copies of the training documentation.
- Computer Support. It's best to email them at support@ee.uwa.edu.au with your question. If you'd like some one on one training then please put in a job request and I'll arange a time.
- Fellow Unit Coordinators / Lecturers. Some of them (Brett, Charlie, Roberto) helped develop this program so are quite familiar with it. Others will quickly pick it up. As they use if more than CSU they may know more about it's quirks.
