If you can not log into one of the school sites and do not get an error message or can log into a different school site (eg can not into student.ee.uwa.edu.au but can not log into staff.ee.uwa.edu) then this is most likely the fix.

We've had a couple of people contact us since my last email about problems logging into the new servers.  The symptoms are that when you  enter your username and password everything seems to be OK (you don't get an error) but you don't get logged in either.  The problem seems to be due to a cookie that's not correctly set.   The cookie seems to be persistent so exiting the browser does not fix the problem.  The solution is to clear your browser cookies.
